We are seeking a dedicated Pickleball Professional to elevate and enhance our pickleball program. As a part of our dynamic team, you’ll coordinate leagues, tournaments, and social events, ensuring our members’ expectations are consistently exceeded.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and enhance the pickleball program.
• Organize and manage leagues, tournaments, and social events.
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Racquet Sports to ensure the department’s programs and presentation meet the high standards of our members.
Qualifications:
• High level playing experience.
• High energy, innovative, and driven by achievement.
• Commitment to the Racquet Sports Department and the ability to fit into the club culture.
• Minimum of 3 years of full-time teaching experience.
• USPTA, USPTR, PPR, or equivalent Pickleball Certification.
• Previous success within a pickleball facility program.

Position Overview:

Pickleball Instructional Professionals will teach Pickleball Classes, Clinics, Lessons, and other Pickleball related instructional programming. Instructors report directly to the Club Coordinator and assist them with any programming and promotional needs. Instructors are responsible for maintaining all Picklr equipment used during their activities, providing a fun and inviting atmosphere for all of the participants, and to promote any and all Instructor and Club related sales, marketing, and customer service initiatives. Instructors should have the entrepreneurial drive to seek out and build a clientele base that expands with them as they grow their career.

Responsibilities:
Instruct Pickleball Classes, Clinics, and Lessons while encouraging participation in all of the Club’s activities
Assist the Club Coordinator with all activity programming and promotion
Provide exceptional customer service to all Members and Guests of the Club
Maintain courts and equipment in a professional manner and ensure that the environment is safe for all those who use the facility
Promote club memberships to all potential prospects

Qualifications:
Pickleball Instructional, Coaching, and Playing Experience
Passion for helping others, patience, and the ability to adjust to evolving situations entailing all age groups and a largely diverse population of players
Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekend hours

Roles and Responsibilities
Role #1 – Teaching
Provide quality private lessons
Provide quality clinics under the direction of the Club Coordinator
Fully clean up the used courts after the clinic or lesson

Role #2 – Play by Point
Input private lessons on Play by Point
Check in private lessons on Play by Point
Make sure payment is complete before starting lesson
